Tabor School Supported Entry (TSSE) is a tertiary entry pathway option for students in Year 11 or 12 designed to help them secure their place with Australia’s #1 Tertiary Provider* without the pressure of an ATAR.

How Do I Apply?

Applying for TSSE is simple!

If you are currently enrolled in studies in year 11 or 12 you can:

  • Fill out the TSSE application form here online.
  • One of our friendly staff will then contact you to organise a phone interview, discuss your current academic record and answer any questions you may have.
  • After completion of your Semester 1 studies in Year 12, you will be invited to upload your mid-year school report as well as a referee report from a school teacher.
  • Based on the assessment of these results, you may be offered a provisional place in September.

What are the Criteria?

Once offered a provisional place, a formal place will then be offered to students at the end of year 12 regardless of ATAR achieved, subject to the following criteria**:

  • Achievement of a B grade average across all subjects in Year 12; and
  • If applying for an Education Degree (Primary or Secondary Teaching), achievement of a minimum B grade for one Mathematics and/or one English subject.

**Please note, additional non-academic requirements exist for some courses in order to gain entry.
