The College was founded in 1979 and has grown to a dynamic and vibrant education centre located in Adelaide and Perth with approximately 900 students.

The role:

Do you have a highly developed knowledge of educational technology and advanced experience working with the Moodle Learning Management System and Microsoft 365? Have you had previous experience within a school/training environment and are you able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines? Are you easily relatable and do you enjoy interacting with colleagues and students helping them to master today’s complex digital learning environment? If this is you, then read on….

  • Highly developed problem-solving skills
  • A high level of technology aptitude
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills (ability to interact with colleagues, students, and external clients, of various temperaments, constructively and with patience and understanding)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to envision and implement new initiatives
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff and students
  • Detail orientated
  • Positive mindset and a sense of humour

Also, you would have
  • Previous experience in a training environment
  • Previous Moodle experience
  • Previous Microsoft 365 experience
  • Previous Helpdesk support experience
  • Solid understanding of the educational technology environment
  • Basic understanding of technical, design, and media issues.

Essential qualifications:

  • Advanced level skills in Moodle LMS Administration
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft 365 – in particular Teams/SharePoint (including document management AND as an intranet)
