- Promote a vibrant and collaborative faculty culture that unites theological depth, practical ministry, and academic rigour and highly supportive and relational student engagement.
- Lead with financial and academic literacy, understanding and managing faculty budgets in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer.
- Champion a Christ-centred community, fostering identity, belonging, and purpose among faculty and students.
- Exercise problem-solving, innovation, and resilience in a complex and rapidly evolving educational environment.
- Lead within a multi-denominational context, respecting and embracing diversity in theological and ecclesial traditions amongst stakeholders, staff and students alike.
