About the Role:

We’re seeking a capable and committed Faculty Administration Manager for our Faculty of Ministry Practice to provide high-level administrative and executive support to our Dean of Faculty, faculty staff and students and various Tabor committees. This is a role for a highly-organised, proactive and relational professional who thrives in a mission-oriented organisation.

The Faculty Administration Manager – Ministry Practice (FAM-MP) plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and effective operation of Tabor College’s Ministry Practice faculty. This role involves high-level administrative responsibilities related to student engagement (from enquiry through to ongoing support), compliance, program coordination, and financial and event administration—including a key leadership role in the organisation of the annual Spirit Life Conference.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a Christian academic environment, combining strong organisational skills and administrative experience with warmth, initiative, and a heart for community-building. They will be confident in managing complex tasks, balancing multiple priorities, and engaging positively with a wide range of stakeholders including staff, students, and external enquirers. This person will be committed to the values of respect, service, and excellence, and will bring both professionalism and grace to their interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration, or substantial equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in school or tertiary administration is desirable
